Before launching this project into the daylight, we spent a long time thinking about how to optimally arrange the spaces for the comfortable living of new residents. At the same time, we aimed to stay true to our vision – to create homes that are economical and do not require high installation or maintenance costs.

This is how the “Rytinė Žvaigždė” project was born – a townhouse complex located in a closed, cozy community in Kalnėnai, on Valonų Street. The project features minimalist, Scandinavian-style architecture and low-rise construction. Cozy green spaces have been created around the houses. A large, closed, and safe children’s playground has been established. For the convenience of residents, parking spaces are located next to the homes. The homes are separated from the neighbors by fences, and wooden terraces have been installed in the yards.
