In the first phase of the project, all 26 townhouses were successfully built and inhabited. In the second phase, 20 semi-detached houses were built, ranging from 80 to 135 m² in area and design. Special attention was given to the architecture of the buildings—modern and durable exterior solutions, large panoramic windows, functionally and conveniently planned interior spaces, high room ceilings, and additional attic space.

Each townhouse has its own land plot, ranging from 1.5 to 2.5 a. with wooden terraces. For the comfort and convenience of the residents, the entire neighborhood infrastructure has been taken care of: urban utilities have been connected, access roads have been paved, sidewalks, street lighting, fenced and landscaped plots, outdoor terraces, shared children’s play and relaxation areas, and a large parking area for residents’ cars have been installed.
